  • Contact details such as your email address and phone number
  • Vehicle and driving details you choose to share while asking about coverage
  • Message content you send through the contact form
  • Technical details such as browser type, device type and pages visited

02.How Information Is Used

Collected information is used to respond to your requests, prepare quote and coverage information that fits your situation, operate and improve the site, and send communications you have agreed to receive.

Where you have provided consent, your phone number is used to send marketing and promotional text messages only. Your email address is used for replies, quote information and account related notices.

Our text messaging service supports the following carriers: AT&T, Boost, MetroPCS®, Sprint, T-Mobile®, US Cellular®, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and your text message opt-in stay with SorinAuto. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage can be promised to be fully secure.
