By visiting this site, creating an account or requesting auto insurance quotes through it, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with any part of them, the right choice is simply not to use the site.

02.Nature Of The Service

This site helps drivers understand auto insurance coverage and request quote information for their vehicles. Content on the site is general information, not legal, financial or professional advice, and not a binding offer of insurance.

SorinAuto works as an auto insurance consultant. It explains coverage and suggests limits, but it is not an insurance company and does not underwrite, issue or bind policies. Final coverage terms, eligibility, pricing and policy issuance always depend on the insurer that underwrites the policy and the details you provide to them.

03.Eligibility

The site is intended for United States residents who have reached the age of majority in their state and are legally able to enter into agreements. By using the site you confirm that you meet these conditions and that the details you submit relate to you or to someone who has authorized you to act for them.

04.Your Responsibilities

Useful quotes depend on honest details. When using this site you agree to a few simple duties.

  • Keep your account password private and let us know of any suspected misuse through the contact channels below
  • Use the site only for personal, lawful purposes
  • Update your details when they change so responses stay relevant

05.Quotes And Coverage Information

Quotes shared through this site are estimates based on the information available at the time. They can change after underwriting review, and they do not create coverage on their own. Coverage begins only when an insurer issues a policy and its conditions are met, including payment.

06.SMS Terms And Conditions

Program name: SorinAuto Auto Insurance Text Messaging Program, operated by Targeto Inc., 16192 Costal HWY LEWES, DE 19958.

Program description: this program sends marketing and promotional text messages only. By ticking the optional text message box on the account signup form, you agree to receive automated marketing and promotional text messages from SorinAuto at the mobile number you provide about its consulting services, policy review invitations, and car insurance tips. Account, quote and policy updates are never sent by text. Consent is optional and is not a condition of opening an account, requesting a quote or purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your messaging plan.

Opting out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also email benjamin-sorin@sorinauto.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line to opt out of marketing and promotional messages.

Supported carriers: the program supports the following carriers: AT&T, Boost, MetroPCS®, Sprint, T-Mobile®, US Cellular®, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates. How your information is collected and used is described in the Privacy Notice.

07.Intellectual Property

The content of this site, including text, layout, graphics and branding, belongs to the site operator or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. Copying, republishing or commercial use of site content without prior written permission is not allowed.
